Management, supervisors, and crew are responsible and accountable for identifying safety needs and hazardous conditions to ensure a safe working environment for all, on and off the job site. 

We value the importance of providing proper training and equipment use and maintenance to meet all legislative requirements.

Everyone engaged in company operations are responsible for maintaining and promoting the safety culture. 

Management is responsible for providing a safe worksite by establishing and maintaining safety standards while ensuring known hazards are mitigated.

Supervisors and foremen have a responsibility to ensure workers are properly trained to do their work safely within the guidelines set out by Earthworm Horizontal Drilling Ltd. All workers and subcontractors are required to follow these safe work practices and procedures.

Everyone has the right, obligation, and responsibility to refuse work when unsafe conditions are present.
